1. Additional Course Fees: Students enrolled in Case studies related to Business courses should budget an additional $50 as well as $80 for workshop specific textbooks.  Those enrolled in CU338 Barcelona the culinary city should budget an additional $60. 

2.  Housing & Included Meals: Included meals vary by housing type and some housing options have additional fees. The figure above is for students who choose the Premium Housing housing option, which includes a $750 fee. Students who choose the Premium + Housing will incur an additional $750 fee and students choosing Homestays will be charged $750 less than the fee above. Premium and Premium + Housing fees are billed after the program begins.

3. Educational Travel: Optional IES field trips range from $75 - $1,445.

4. Visa: Figure above includes consular fees ($160) and Wofford visa processing and courier fees ($115).

5. Passport: The estimated cost above includes the cost of a routine passport application and photos. Click here for more information on securing a passport and expedited fees, if needed.

6. Additional Meals: The out-of-pocket cost of additional meals varies by housing type. The figure above is for those staying in the Premium Residence Hall.  Those staying in Premium Plus City Apartments or Residence Halls with kitchen access should budget a total of $4,100 and those in Homestays should budget $2,050 for meals.

Please note you may have additional expenses related to required or recommended immunizations. The Wofford College Office of International Programs urges you to consult your program materials, the Centers for Disease Control website, and your healthcare provider to assess such needs.

Your actual costs will vary from this estimate prepared by the Office of International Programs. Please compare this estimate to the information that you receive from your program and personalize it based on your chosen housing, course options and travel plans. . The Financial Aid Office utilizes this cost estimate when approving scholarships, grants and student loans for use when studying away from campus. All of the above expenses with the exception of independent travel and personal expenses may be used in configuring your financial aid package. Once you are admitted, you may contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding your financial aid package.
