For program dates: August 28 - December 14, 2024 (university courses run into mid-February)**

1. Tuition: Students who choose to take university courses will need to stay an additional two months and are billed an additional $1,550 for tuition. 

2. Housing & Included Meals: No meals are included with any housing option.

2. Local Transportation: A public transport ticket (monthly pass for AB zone) is included in the fee for all students. 

3.  Educational Travel: Optional IES field trips range from $30 - $120.

4. Visa: includes Residence Permit fee ($61) and the Biometric photos ($15) fee both of which are invoiced by IES after arrival on-site.

5. Passport: The estimated cost above includes the cost of a routine passport application and photos. Click here for more information on securing a passport and expedited fees, if needed.

6. Additional Meals: Meal costs vary by program length. Estimated meal costs for IES courses are above. However, students extending into February for university courses should budget $5,400 for meal costs for the semester.

Please note you may have additional expenses related to required or recommended immunizations. The Wofford College Office of International Programs urges you to consult our program materials, the Centers for Disease Control website, and your healthcare provider to assess such needs.

Your actual costs will vary from this estimate prepared by the Office of International Programs. Please compare this estimate to the information that you receive from your program and personalize it based on your chosen program options and personal plans. The Financial Aid Office utilizes this cost estimate when approving scholarships, grants and student loans for use when studying away from campus. All of the above expenses with the exception of independent travel and personal expenses may be used in configuring your financial aid package. Once you are admitted, you may contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding your financial aid package.
