Budget estimate based on Fall 2023 fees (Updated 3/16/2023)
For program dates: August 30 - December 16, 2023 **

1. Additional course fees: There is an additional fee of $1,100 for enrolling in a second course at Paris School of Business per semester.

2. Housing & Meals: The fee above is for students staying in a homestay.  Those staying in a Residence Hall ($750) or a Single Apartment ($1,500) are billed an the additional fee in parentheses after the program begins. Homestays include 10 meals per week.  No meals are included for apartment or Residence Hall housing options.

3. Visa: Figure above includes Campus France ($250), Consular fees ($125), travel to/from Atlanta ($50), and the French OFII Registration fee ($70). Students must pay an additional $155 if they need to expedite their Campus France processing, totaling $650 for overall visa costs, if required.

4. Passport: The estimated cost above includes the $60 fee for expedited service. Due to COVID-19 and its impact on the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. State Department is currently experiencing delays in receiving passport applications with routine processing service estimated to take as long as 11 weeks. We, therefore, recommend that students send their application using USPS’ Priority Mail Express and consider requesting expedited service if able. Click here for more information on securing a passport.

5. Additional Meals: The out-of-pocket cost of meals varies by housing type. The fees above are for students staying in a Homestay, which includes 10 meals per week. Students staying in an Apartment or Residence Hall should budget $5,300 for out-of-pocket meal expenses.

Please note you may have additional expenses related to required or recommended immunizations. The Wofford College Office of International Programs urges you to consult your program materials, the Centers for Disease Control website, and your healthcare provider to assess such needs.

Your actual costs will vary from this estimate prepared by the Office of International Programs. Please compare this estimate to the information that you receive from your program and personalize it based on your chosen program options and personal plans. The Financial Aid Office utilizes this cost estimate when approving scholarships, grants and student loans for use when studying away from campus. All of the above expenses with the exception of independent travel and personal expenses may be used in configuring your financial aid package. Once you are admitted, you may contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding your financial aid package.
