1. Housing & Included Meals: No meals are provided with either housing option.

2. Educational Travel: Optional IES field trips range from $100 - $710.

3. Visa: Figure includes required consular and visa fees ($160) and potential travel to Washington, DC ($340) for required consular visit. 

4. Passport: The estimated cost above includes the cost of a routine passport application and photos. Click here for more information on securing a passport and expedited fees, if needed.

5. Other: Students should also budget for laundry costs (~$100) and those in Student Apartments should budget for a key deposit ($60). 

Please note you may have additional expenses related to required or recommended immunizations. The Wofford College Office of International Programs urges you to consult our program materials, the Centers for Disease Control website, and your healthcare provider to assess such needs.

Your actual costs will vary from this estimate prepared by the Office of International Programs. Please compare this estimate to the information that you receive from your program and personalize it based on your chosen program options and personal plans. The Financial Aid Office utilizes this cost estimate when approving scholarships, grants and student loans for use when studying away from campus. All of the above expenses with the exception of independent travel and personal expenses may be used in configuring your financial aid package. Once you are admitted, you may contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding your financial aid package.
