Budget estimate based on Fall 2024 fees (Updated 3/7/2024)
For dates: September 4 - December 21, 2024 **
1. Housing & Included Meals: The figure above is for students who choose the Premium Housing housing option, which includes a $750 fee. Students choosing Base Housing will be charged $750 less than the fee above and students choosing the Premium Plus Housing will be charged an additional $750. Premium and Premium Plus Housing fees are billed after the program begins. No meals are included with any housing option except homestays (12 meals per week provided).
2. Additional Meals: The estimate above is for students choosing housing where no meals are provided. Students who choose to live in a homestay will need to budget $1,500 for meals since 12 meals/week are provided through their housing.
3. Visa: The figure above includes Campus France ($250), expedited processing ($390), and travel to/from Atlanta ($50).
4. Passport: The estimated cost above includes the cost of a routine passport application and photos. Click here for more information on securing a passport and expedited fees, if needed.
Please note you may have additional expenses related to required or recommended immunizations. The Wofford College Office of International Programs urges you to consult our program materials, the Centers for Disease Control website, and your healthcare provider to assess such needs.
Your actual costs will vary from this estimate prepared by the Office of International Programs. Please compare this estimate to the information that you receive from your program and personalize it based on your chosen program options and personal plans. The Financial Aid Office utilizes this cost estimate when approving scholarships, grants and student loans for use when studying away from campus. All of the above expenses with the exception of independent travel and personal expenses may be used in configuring your financial aid package. Once you are admitted, you may contact the Financial Aid Office with questions regarding your financial aid package.
